Jane Gardner

A little bit about me

Jane Gardner started her career in estate agency and property management in 1987 and since that time she has won more than 40 industry awards, including the Sunday Times Overall Best UK Letting Agent (2013) and the Grand Prix ESTA award for customer service in Sales & Lettings (2013).

Jane has worked within independent, franchised and corporate estate agencies and has started up numerous agency businesses throughout her career, but she now focuses on working with selected letting agencies in London and the Home Counties, including Grange London.

Jane works closely with Mez & Ben to ensure that our Grange London lettings and property management offering is second to none and that compliance and process for our many overseas landlords is spot on.  Jane was the first agent in the UK to qualify for the Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting & Property Management (England & Wales) and is now an ARLA Propertymark examiner at this industry level.
