I first got to know Grange London about 15 months ago through an introduction of a friend in London. Grange was founded by former senior executives of JLL with vast industry experiences and broad client networks. Ben and Mez, both co-founders, were very insightful and knowledgeable about London properties and in particular the Paddington area. They were both very professional and honest with their advice. Their work is of high quality. When we eventually decided not to sell but to complete our flats, the Grange letting team led by Christina did a great job finding us good tenants very quickly. Mez and Christina were hugely helpful throughout the completion process. Their assistance made us as overseas owners much less stressed out to manage everything from afar. They really have earned our trust and confidence by doing a good job and being very responsible and reliable. We completed and furnished our two flats two days ago. I let my apartment via Grange London, The response time by the Grange London team was extremely fast considering the time difference from Mexico to London.
